High Fructose Gummy Bar is an energy gummy made from a blend of carbohydrates, with a 10:8 glucose-to-fructose ratio.

The carbohydrate combination uses different intestinal transport mechanisms, allowing the rate of exogenous carbohydrate absorption and oxidation to increase during prolonged exercise.

It comes in a convenient gummy format that is easy to carry during sports activities, with a texture that is very easy to chew during exertion.

This formulation, based on “multiple transportable carbohydrates,” has been supported by studies showing that during prolonged exercise, using carbohydrates absorbed in the intestine through different transporters is the only way to increase the rate of exogenous carbohydrate assimilation and oxidation beyond 60 g/hour.
